Express Courier Services (Documents)
ORB Express shall provide express delivery services for documents such as letters, contracts, invoices, legal documents, and other non-prohibited paper-based consignments. These services shall include same-day and next-day delivery options within the South-West Geopolitical Zone, subject to operational feasibility.
Courier Services for Permitted Commercial Parcels
The Company shall deliver permitted commercial parcels for individuals, SMEs, and corporate clients. Such parcels shall exclude all prohibited or restricted items under Nigerian law and NIPOST regulations. Parcels shall be inspected, documented, and handled in accordance with established Standard Operating Procedures to ensure safety, traceability, and accountability.
Last-Mile Logistics Services
ORB Express shall provide last-mile delivery services to support e-commerce platforms, retailers, and corporate organizations. These services shall focus on efficient door-to-door delivery of documents and permitted commercial parcels to final recipients within approved regions.
Corporate Courier Services
Dedicated courier services shall be provided to corporate clients requiring routine, secure, and time-sensitive movement of documents and permitted parcels between offices, branches, customers, and service locations.
Special Handling and Secure Deliveries
For fragile, sensitive, or high-value permitted items, ORB Express shall apply enhanced handling procedures, including secure packaging, controlled dispatch, rider accountability, and proof-of-delivery confirmation.
Excluded and Prohibited Items
ORB Express Logistics & Courier Services Limited shall not convey prohibited, illegal, or restricted items including but not limited to firearms, ammunition, narcotics, hazardous materials, counterfeit goods, or any items prohibited under Nigerian law or NIPOST regulations.
All services shall be rendered in strict compliance with regulatory guidelines, safety standards, and security requirements.
